Answer : Your pan connector rubber needs to be replaced,but it cannot be replaced as your toilet is a fix unit.Go to your local Hardware Store and buy a Toilet Wax Ring, clean the pan connector and remove the default rubber,cut the ring in half and squeeze one half in on the left side of the panconnector and the other half on the right hand side on the pan connector making the circle whole again.Flush toilet and check for any leaks.If it still leaks call a Plumber.
